4. How can I return or exchange an item purchased in a store?

If you choose to return or exchange your item at one of our retail stores, please bring item in original packaging and your receipt or invoice with you to ensure a quick and easy return. To find your nearest Carters store, use the  Store Locations, or you can call 1-246-431-1500 between 8am and 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday and 8am to 1pm (EST) on Saturday for assistance.

5. What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days from receipt. Please indicate if you want a refund or exchange of merchandise when you return your item at your nearest Carters location. To find your nearest Carters store, use the
Store Locations, or you can call 1-246-431-1500 between 8am and 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday and 8am to 1pm (EST) on Saturday for assistance.

6. How do I cancel my online order?
Upon request, every attempt will be made to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if the order has been processed and the merchandise is in transit the order cannot be cancelled.

If the merchandise is in transit,

  • You can refuse to accept the delivery and it will be returned to Carters for a refund.
  • You can return the merchandise to your nearest store.
  • Items MUST be unopened and in original packaging

9. How do I calculate the dollar amount for my points?
    Simple.. If you have xx,xxx points, multiply your points by 0.002 to get your dollar    
     value.  EG 15,790 pts will be 15,790 x 0.002 = $31.58

10.  Who do I contact with questions on product usage or project help?
To answer your questions and best serve your needs, we encourage you to consult with a any of our Hardwarians at your nearest Carters store. Our Hardwarians have extensive training and many are certified in their field of expertise. They can assist you with any project or product question you may have

11. Can I special order an item at Carters?
Carters has more than 35,000 items in stock, but did you know there is more than 10 times that amount available through our Special Orders that can be ordered according to your specifications.

If you have information about a product, but the item is not stocked in the store, a sales Hardwarian in the relevant department will direct you to our Purchasing Department and we may able to order the product for you. The more information you have about the product (manufacturer, model name, etc.), the easier it will be to locate it. Remember some items are not available for certain regions worldwide.
